Not Just a Number

Flying high above, gazing out the airplane window, you watch the cityscape stretch out before you. Cars become tiny specks as you ascend into the sky, and even the miniature figures on the ground seem insignificant. Arriving at the bustling airport, you join the thousands of people moving in every direction. Whether attending a work conference amid hundreds of colleagues or standing outside a grand stadium before a ballgame or concert, the energy of the crowd is palpable.

The enticing aroma of popcorn wafts through the air, tempting you to grab a snack, but then you notice the long line. Maybe you find yourself walking into a large department store, just another face in the crowd that flows in and out all day, every day. It’s easy to get lost in the shuffle and wonder if your presence truly matters. After all, you’re a frequent visitor, but does your business make a difference? Do you matter?

Then, suddenly, it happens. You’re singled out.

Remember that feeling when you were the 50th shopper and received a special discount or won a shopping spree? Or when your ticket was called from the raffle you entered at the conference or game? “Hey, YOU! Come on down! You’re the winner!” In that moment, it becomes clear that your presence matters. You’re not just a number. You feel valued and recognized.

At FirstCarolinaCare, we want you to experience that same feeling when you attend our educational sessions or visit our office. You are not just a number to us; you’re a person, and your presence matters. At FirstCarolinaCare, we proudly provide hometown coverage with a hometown touch. Here, you are more than just a member number. You are YOU.

Speaking of our office, we’ve moved. We have a new office located at: 1930 N. Poplar St Suite 21 Southern Pines, NC 28387.
