Camping? Let’s GO!

June is here, and the sun is shining! Have you planned your summer vacation yet? Well, it’s just your luck that June is National Camping Month! So pack up your tent, sleeping bags, fishing poles and other essentials to disconnect and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer. Camping is not only a great way to enjoy the outdoors – it can also be an inexpensive way to see the world, with campsite rentals being far cheaper than hotels.

My dad would pitch the tents, and my mom would start unpacking the truck. Once the campsite was set up, it was time to enjoy ourselves. We had fun singing songs around the fire, fishing in the river and roaming around the campsite all weekend long.

Sounds fun, doesn’t it? I want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the best camping experience while you celebrate National Camping Month. Here’s a list of items you may need:

Starting with breakfast all the way to dessert, you’ll be using your bonfire throughout your whole camping trip. Some things we brought were:

I hope you do get out to enjoy this whole month dedicated to enjoying nature and all of the activities that come with camping.
