When does the drawing take place?
The drawing will be held at the end of each quarter of 2023 (April, July and October 2023; and
January 2024).
How am I selected?
A random drawing will be used to select five members from those who have either registered
for a new Hally member account or who already have a Hally member account and have reregistered prior to the drawing date(s) noted above.
What if I’ve already set up my account or re-registered?
Thank you for acting quickly – you’ll be entered to win and no further action is needed.
Who is eligible?
Members aged 18 and older who registered for their new Hally member account.
How will I know if I win?
You will be contacted by your health plan’s Customer Experience department at the phone
number and/or email address you have on file.
How do I select which Happy gift card I want?
Go to www.HappyCards.com, click SHOP NOW, decide which card you would like and email
your choice to CustomerExperience@HealthAlliance.org. You can also call the number on the
back of your ID card and provide your selection to a Customer Service rep.
How will I receive my gift card if I win?
Your gift card will be mailed to the address we have on file.
